I went to the Telstra shop as I had inadvertently proceeded to put in a password ‘pattern’ and couldn’t remember it. They said they didn’t know how to do it and told me that V Cases (around the corner) might be able to help. They also gave me and my daughter a coupon for a coffee shop close to Telstra and V Cases as an apology, I considered it a very nice gesture. I then went to V Cases and they told me it could be done within a couple of hours. So, we went across the road, chatted and got coffee. We were still drinking coffee and V Cases called and said it had fixed my phone. I was quite impressed by how quickly the phone had been fixed. I went and got it and some new information regarding the phone. Well worth the $30 they charged.
