Serving Gippsland since 2012, V Cases is proud to be the region’s very first mobile phone accessories and repair store. What started as a humble kiosk with just two staff members opposite Target in Mid Valley quickly grew, expanding to Sale and Traralgon the following year. By 2019, we had grown into a network of 7 stores across Victoria, stretching from Gippsland all the way to Narre Warren and Chadstone.
While the challenges of the pandemic unfortunately forced us to close 4 of our locations—including our original Mid Valley kiosk and our premier Chadstone store—our commitment to our community remains unchanged. Today, we are back to our roots, proudly operating 3 dedicated stores in Sale, Traralgon, and Warragul to support and serve customers right across the Gippsland region.
Something that is always our goal is to listen to our customer needs. From day one, we started our business repairing smart phones like screens, batteries, charge ports, speakers, etc. Then as technology became more advanced, we were able to help customers migrate and retrieve data from old to new phones.
From now on, with our brand-new workshop, our Traralgon store can help you with laptop and computer repairs, alongside our current phone services. We also provide onsite consultations for your IT needs. Technology can be overwhelming for some, and we are here to help for every issue. From basic questions to super nerdy stuff!
