VCASES has been serving Gippsland for almost 6 years, we are proud to be the first mobile phone accessories and repair store in the region. It started as a small kiosk opposite Target in Mid Valley with two staff. Now we have expanded to 5 stores across Gippsland: Morwell, Sale, Traralgon, Warragul and Chadstone shopping centre, with 18 local staff members between them. Our Traralgon store has recently been through some renovations to cater for new services like computer services and IT support.
Something that is always our goal is to listen to our customer needs. From day one, we started our business repairing smart phones like screens, batteries, charge ports, speakers, etc. Then as technology became more advanced, we were able to help customers migrate and retrieve data from old to new phones.
From now on, with our brand-new workshop, our Traralgon store can help you with laptop and computer repairs, alongside our current phone services. We also provide onsite consultations for your IT needs. Technology can be overwhelming for some, and we are here to help for every issue. From basic questions to super nerdy stuff!
